HOW CAN I MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A TOUR?

Your email should include simple information like your name, your congregation, the country of your residence, the tour of your choose, the desired date and the number of the participants.

ARE THERE ANY DAYS THAT YOU DON’T CONDUCT TOURS?
We don’t conduct tours on Sundays and when the archaeological sites in Greece are closed. Those days are:
January 1st
March 25th
May 1st
Easter Sunday
December 25th
December 26th
HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR THE TOUR?
Feel free to dress in dignified casual attire. It is recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes, a hat and sunscreen.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE TOUR?
You are kindly requested to bring your Revised New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures - Study Edition, preferably downloaded on your electronic device. Please, make sure that your device is fully charged before taking the tour.
WHAT RULES DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW WHEN I VISIT ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND MUSEUMS?
You are kindly requested to keep the flash of your camera off at all times as per museum rules. Also, please, always, keep in mind that touching, stepping or seating on the exhibits, eating or drinking anything, except for water are prohibited at all archaeological sites and museums.
WHAT IS THE SOURCE MATERIAL FOR YOUR TOURS?
The source material for our tours includes the following works:
The Revised New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures, The Watchtower and Awake! magazines, the Insight on the Scriptures Vol I and VoI II, the “Bearing Thorough Witness” About God’s Kingdom book, all published by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, the encyclopaedia Hydria published by the Etairia Ellinikon Ekdoseon A.E., the book The Apostle Paul in Roman Corinth by Ekdosis Tou Finika, the book Ancient Corinth: Site Guide by Princeton, New Jersey and the Official Archives of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Booking a tour is a commitment. If an unexpected event occurs and you have to cancel your tour, the following are applied:
Cancellation in more than 2 weeks prior to the tour: no fee is charged.
Cancellation in less than 2 weeks prior to the tour: a 50% fee is charged.
No shows : 100% of the tour fee is charged.
